whilst you’re here, take a look at our travel info!

Is this a road trip website?
Well, first off, we’ve just completed a six month journey travelling by car to the far reaches of Europe,
from Scandinavia, through the Baltics and Eastern Europe,
down through the Balkans and on to Turkey and the Caucasus,
as the first part of our round the world adventure.
Our mammoth route really helped us to explore most of the countries in Europe in one single journey,
taking in some of the most beautiful vistas (both on- and off-road)
whilst enabling us to meet some amazing people on the way.
The distance we travelled throughout Europe was about the same distance as once around the world!
Next we will be attempting to travel around the world travelling east,
from Europe, through the Stans (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgystan),
Mongolia, South Korea, Japan, Canada and the USA,
as part of our round-the-world tour.
So yeah, it is kind of a road trip website … however …
as part of the road trip we’ll be collecting information, tips, and lived experience,
which we hope will be of use to fellow overland travellers.
