About us
Originally from Yorkshire, England, UK, we are officially on t’ road – gotta love Jack Kerouac! We’re driving overland as much as possible, seeing as much of the world as we can, in the limited time we have available! You can view our routes and see where we are now.
Formerly of NHS-stock, we are now officially global travellers with a sideline as digital nomads. How long this journey will take is anybody’s guess.
We are quite well travelled to date, and have lived in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Over the years we’ve been to many countries – but there’s so many more to go 🙂 We don’t tend to go to the usual places that people visit, which may be of interest to those wanting to be off the beaten track. We’re definitely not travelling novices.
World-wide exploration
Currently we are in a VW Golf GTI, on the European leg of the journey. We’re currently looking at several other 4×4 vehicles for the latter parts of the journey, and we may purchase LHD. We’ll update this section and discuss in the blog when things develop later.

We’re travelling with a North Face Nebula tent – if you’re wondering what one of those looks like, here’s some pictures! It’s an amazing tent with three mesh windows and two doors to keep those pesky mosquitos out! Athough we’re camping quite often, we’re definitely not roughing-it, we just love to wild camp in obscure places with fantastic views where no-one knows you’re there! Also we’ll be taking advantage of the lower costs of living in many countries.
