Our overland travel photos

When travelling overland, we’re lucky enough to see some absolutely amazing sights, and take some great photos. Whether it’s in the mountains of Armenia, or one of the amazing Swiss or Austrian passes, or even the stunning coastline of Corsica … if only we were good enough photographers to capture them as we see them!

We do try to take a camera wherever we go, and we stop often when we’re exploring somewhere and we like what we see. Mostly this means using a standard camera like the one below. However, as mobile phones have now become so ubiquitous, and as the cameras on the phones have progressively improved over the years, we’re now finding that we’re using mobiles for photos more and more.

We have managed to capture some half-decent travel photos whilst on our adventures over the past few decades. We’ve also found that, in our opinion at least, our photos are improving as time goes by … or maybe it’s the cameras that are improving 😉
